hotel location, the adventure begins with pist 7 directly from the hotel's ski room, but only if you can ski in pamporovo blue. There was little variety in the meals, but they were delicious and carefully prepared.

The location is just perfect - in the middle of the forest! amazing atmosphere, air, view! The complex upgraded us and we received an apartment, (THANK YOU VERY MUCH for this gesture) which was big, clean and comfortable - equipped with all the needed stuff if you want to prepare your food locally. The internet connectivity was fine. The cable TV was in place. The furniture was very comfortable. We had a perfect time spent there and will recommend the complex to all my friends. Another positive criterion is the location - you have a lot of places around to visit, so take the longest vacation.

A very cozy, clean, and warm apartment with a beautiful mountain atmosphere. Everything was perfectly organized — comfortable bed, spotless room, peaceful surroundings, and a real sense of relaxation. The location is wonderful: surrounded by pine trees and fresh air, quiet and calm, yet close to the center and ski lifts. The staff were polite and helpful, check-in was quick and easy.

The hotel has excellent location, for skiers...of course if there is snow on the mountain :) The distance to the ski center "Studenetc" is 10-15min walk, but you should walk uphill, or going downhill to "Ski Center1" on start base of the ski-lift, also around 15min walk. For skiers its easy, if there is snow on the mountain, you can ski to the lift and ski to door too. This hotel is worth the money. We had half board, nice warm food, not a lot of variety but enough for all. The staff at the restaurant were very kind and polite. The room was comfortable, big enough for 4 member family.

It was beyond spacious with a great view of Snezhanka tower. The kitchen had all facitilties for cooking, like an appartment reaally, not a hotel. However we paid for dinner (only 13 euross) so its a great deal considered Pamporovo restaurants are pretty expensive. Also you cn pay for one dinner/two or more, so you are free to go to other hotels for more. I likes the spaciousness, would go there again definitely Stuff was very friendly, especially the woman of the bar

Absolutely fantastic stay. We've stayed previously at the Green Life Apart hotel and the Castle, however this time it was special as we've had the most comfortable and warm apartment, conveniently located next to the lift, so no need to climb up or down the stairs with the large suitcase. Reception and housekeeping staff were as usually very friendly and accommodated our request not to disturb our little cat throughout the day whilst we were skiing. Thank you so much!

Room was very clean upon arrival. 24 hour reception desk was always helpful. Sauna and spa area was incredible. Balcony was a nice addition to the room Close to a mini supermarket that sold nearly everything - ideal for quick trips for snacks and drinks.

Value for money. You get a fully equipped kitchen with your room. It’s like a studio flat actually. There are some spa facilities you can use. Proper shower unlike everywhere else in Bulgaria. Receptionist tried to help me finding somewhere to buy food late at night.

The location of the hotel is pretty close to everything, especially when it comes to skiing - 5 min away. There is a very cozy restaurant across the street in case you are hungry since the hotel does not have a restaurant. However ,the breakfast included was tasty and there was a lot of variety.

Apartmant was very specious. When there is enough snow it is ski in ski out. Breakfast was very decent.
